Our Coffee

At Pilgrim’s, we aim to serve high-quality, locally roasted coffee. After months of testing and tasting different coffees from local roasteries, we decided on Golden State Coffee Roasters.

Located in nearby Placentia, Golden State offers a variety of whole bean coffees that range from perfected blends to complex single-origins. We found that Golden State’s coffees naturally complimented the vision of Pilgrim’s, as well our story.

Winchester Blend

For our drip coffee, we use Golden State’s Winchester Blend. With a medium-bodied texture but full-bodied mouthfeel, the Winchester Blend is our go-to for any gravity-based brewing method.

Its tasting notes—brown sugar, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate—are generously balanced. Together they create a coffee drinking experience that feels dense, is delicately sweet, and finishes with a toasty touch of cacao.

Smooth and fragrant with subtle notes of sweet tobacco, chocolate, and berries, Golden State’s 1850 Espresso Blend combines single-origin coffee beans from Ethiopia, Sumatra, and Brazil to create an espresso roast that is as well-balanced as it is complex.

Feeling bold? Try sipping it on its own to taste its brightly acidic whispers of citrus and blueberry.

Kombucha on Tap

Fermensch is a small-batch kombucha brewery located in sunny Orange County, California. Using the best organic ingredients from all over Southern California and the west coast, they offer a variety of kombuchas that taste as good as they are for you.

At Pilgrim’s Coffee House, we serve Fermencsh’s Hibiscus Ginger kombucha. Tart, spicy, and citrusy, it’s made with a healthy dose of fresh-pressed organic ginger and balanced with bright, tangy hibiscus and lime juice.

It’s the perfect drink to kickstart your morning or to refresh you after a long day of work.

Nitro Cold Brew

Poured slowly from a tapped keg, our nitrogen-infused cold brew looks more like a stout beer than a coffee drink. Because of the nitrogen, microbubbles form and fill the glass. As those bubbles start to separate and settle, a thick, frothy foam rises to the top. From start to finish, each sip is consistently creamy and refreshingly luxurious.

If you’re looking for a coffee drink that is mildly sweet and silky-smooth, less acidic and not too bitter, then our Nitro Cold Brew is the way to go.
